The VLWP-UHCI150-TR extends HDMI/USB-C signals up to 150m/492ft for 1080P@60Hz, or 120m/394ft for 4K2K@60Hz (4:4:4) via a single CAT6/6A cable. This single gang wall-plate transmitter features one HDMI input and one USB-C input port, supporting manual and automatic switching modes. The receiver features one HDMI output and one 3.5mm de-embedding audio output. It supports bi-directional PoC and bi-directional IR, RS-232 signal transmission. This multi-functional extender can be used in applications such as Enterprise Video Conferencing , Education , Command and Control and more.

Not always clear what devices you need to build a system

I think putting every thing you need from start to finish would be simpler. In my case I ordered more than I needed to make sure I had everything I needed. I had duplicate items but at minimal cost. No big deal but the items required could have been shown more clearly.
