Shawn Over the last several years i have purchased several MOS spring cables as well as a couple Strike cables. Inevitably they failed at the lightning end from constant use. My kids use them with their iPad so they get extensive use. Every time customer service has called me back immediately after leaving an email or voicemail. After sending back the faulty cables I received new ones in only a few days! Great, Great service.
Not to make these cables sound like they fail often. my cables were all 2-3 years old - and used daily. they have outlasted every other cable I have bought by at least a year or more. MOS are worth the price and are very good quality. THANK YOU
