The incredible AirStick™ microsuction tape used on the MOS is now available for you to use anywhere. AirStick tape bonds to any smooth, flat, clean surface without leaving any kind of sticky residue.
No Sticky Residue
The surface of the tape has thousands of microscopic air pockets that create partial vacuums between the tape and the target surface. It isn’t pressure sensitive and leaves no residue behind. It can also be used repeatedly without losing its holding power.
Reusable
If your tape loses some of its bonding power, simply wipe it with a damp cloth to remove the dust and it will work as good as new.
To remove an object from AirStick tape, you simply pull or twist the object to break the vacuum bond.
Strong
Once in place a 4” x 1” piece of AirStick™ tape can hold a 1 pound piece of steel.
The reverse side of the tape is covered in an acrylic adhesive for a more permanent bond with your base surface. You can apply the adhesive to a phone dock, a desk, dashboard, or anywhere else where you need a little extra holding power.

Troubleshooting
Airstick is designed to work on smooth non porous surfaces. It may not adhere well to textured surfaces.
We've found AirStick to stick well to most glossy paints and some semi-gloss paints. Matte paint tends to be too porous for the AirStick to create good air seal for it's tiny suction pockets. Make Sure that your paint is freshly cleaned to maximize the sticking power of the AirStick.
Dust and dirt can easily interfere with AirStick adhesion. Make sure that both your surface and the AirStick are clean of dust before placing the AirStick.
As with any suction cup, slight pressure when installing will help to create a better vacuum seal for the AirStick.

This stuff is very cool. Removable adhesion without adhesive. Works on any smooth surface. You can rinse it clean if dust etc. does build up on it.

I haven’t tried to remove it yet, which is the reason for it. Used for a guitar pickguard. I’d like to have it in black or clear material.

I have been looking for a sheet of material to hold standard paper…I like to have a littler board I can flip around on my drafting table when I hand-draw historic millwork, instead of taping it down in one position. Your Air-Stick 9”x12” sheets are perfect for this. Holds securely, but not so aggressive it wrecks the paper. Great product, one I’ve been seeking for literally years.
