How long has Sewell Direct been around?

We got our start back in 1989 making software connectivity solutions. In 2001 we started integrating hardware connectivity, and in 2003 we launched Sewell Direct and made hardware our focus, and we have been offering innovative hardware connectivity solutions ever since. Our fulfillment center is located in Orem, Utah.

Do you offer technical support?

Customer service has always been a priority, that’s why we offer free lifetime technical support on all of our products from our fantastic in-house, U.S. based support team. Our goal is to get you the answers you need without scripted responses or unnecessary sales pitches. Our technical support and customer service representatives are available by phone or live chat M-F 7AM-6PM Mountain Time. You can also email us any time.

Do you offer a warranty on any of your products?

All of our products carry a 1-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. You can also purchase a 3-year warranty on any product for just 10% of the item cost.To learn more, check out our warranty and return policy page or feel free to contact us.

Do you have a hassel free return policy?

What are your holiday hours?

We are closed Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. Any orders received on these days will be shipped out on the next business day.

What are your shipping policies?

We strive for fast, efficient shipping so that you can get what you need, when you need it. We offer same day shipping on all orders placed before 2:30PM Mountain Time on a business day. All orders placed after 2:30PM or on the weekend are sent out the next business day. Orders placed with Express shipping selected will be shipped out the same business day as long as we receive them by 3:30PM Mountain Time. Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, depending on weight and shipping method chosen at checkout.
