I was in a hurry. I saw the photo of the wire and the adapters. I ordered it. THe wire came but no adapters. I sent a note to customer service and they said, "Oh, the adapters are extra and we are out of them." I am stuck with useless flat wire. A good customer service person would have said, I can back order those for you. or We are sorry for the confusion, we'll ship them at no cost. But no, nothing like that. And now you want a positive review from me? Surely, you're joking.
