Link LEDs are not lit / Units not receiving power? The power supply might not be fully seated and there is small chance of a faulty power port or adapter.
Check that the power is fully seated. Try the power supply in the other unit. Try a different power outlet.
No Sound / Sound not as expected? Potential causes: the output audio format may be unsupported by your display; your HDMI connection may be loose; the audio output may be set to a source other than HDMI.
Unplug and re-plug your HDMI cables to make sure they are fully seated. check that the output audio format of your source device supported by your display. Check that your source is outputting the sound through the HDMI cable; tis is an especially common problem on Windows or Apple PCs which have several different audio outputs that can be selected.
No picture or flickering picture? Potential cause: HDMI connection may be loose; HDMI cable specification is lower than needed; Ethernet cable is loose, Ethernet cable specification is lower than needed for the distance you are attempting.
Unplug and re-plug your HDMI and ethernet cables to make sure that they are fully seated. Try a different HDMI cable or ethernet cable that meets the required specifications. For 4K the HDMI cable should be HDMI 2.0 or higher. For best performance and maximum distance, the ethernet cable should be pure copper Cat6 (or higher) cable.
