The terminal blocks are fine, it's all the ghost tape peeling off my walls that has me pissed.
Need to put some way to mount the block to a surface/wall
I bought them to go with the speaker wire "tape" - very simple and the right way to connect to the ribbon. Any other approach is unreliable and a waste of time.
The shortcoming of the termination block is the lack of any provision to attach to the wall. It would be nice if there was double side tape or either integrated nails or holes in the term block to accept nails which would secure it to the wall. Other than that, it's a just a term block for the flat wire.
While the terminal blocks function exactly as specified, it would have been great if screws to mount them to the wall were included. Also, given that the intent of Ghost Wire, etc. is to hide the speaker wire, it would be great if the terminal blocks came with some type of finishing cover; it looks like I have part of an erector set screwed to my wall...
