Use this Wiebetech adapter to connect 1.8 inch Toshiba drives with the Wiebetech ComboDock, or simply use it to convert your 1.8 inch Toshiba drive's connector into a standard male 3.5 inch ATA connection. Wiebetech ComboDrive empowers you to use any drive as an external Firewire or USB drive without the use of an enclosure.

To use this adapter with the Wiebetech ComboDock, simply plug the adapter into the ComboDock's female IDE ATA interface. This essentially turns your ComboDock into a Toshiba 1.8 inch ComboDock (instead of its original 3.5 inch compatible design). Upon mounting your Toshiba drive to the ComboDock, your computer will detect the new drive and it will appear on your desktop.
