With HDMI displays becoming more and more prevalent on the market today, more and more perfectly good component devices (DVD players, VCRs, satellite boxes, other set top boxes) are becoming obsolete. You are also probably trying to find a way to take advantage of your HDMI display so it will work with your VGA source (like your computer).

Gefen's Component Video/Audio to HDMI adapter allows you to continue using all of your component devices and even your VGA computer while still enjoying the convenience and quality of HDMI.

How This Works

The Gefen Component Video/Audio to HDMI adapter takes your analog audio and component video or VGA video, then processes and combines it into a digital HDMI signal complete with digital video and audio.

Setup is Fast and Simple

Simply connect your VGA source or your component source to the adapter. If you are using a component source, you can use the included VGA to component cable. Connect your audio source (whether it's the same device or different than your video device) to the adapter using the included analog left/right audio cable. Connect your HDMI display device to the adapter via any standard HDMI cable, power all devices (the adapter includes a 5V power adapter), and you are all set.
