How This Works

One end of the adapter has component video inputs (red, green, and blue RCA), as well as audio inputs (red and white RCA for analog audio).

The other side of the adapter is HDMI out which goes directly to your HDMI display. This adapter does not go both ways, it only converts component RCA to HDMI, not HDMI to component.
