Simply connect the sender unit to the VGA and audio ports on any laptop, desktop, video game console, or any other VGA source with the supplied cable. The sender converts the signal from VGA to the signal your TV uses and sends both the video and audio signals wirelessly up to around 75-100 feet line of sight. The transmitter unit is equipped with composite outputs. Simply connect your TV to the receiver unit using the included cables (composite video/audio).

The unit also functions as a wired VGA to converter box. There are composite, S-video, and RGB out ports on the sender unit as well.

Here is a quick video on how to correctly set up the Wireless PC to TV unit:

Note: Not reccommended for text based applications such as email or web browsing, however if neccessary the manufacturer recommends at least a 14 point font

This device uses the 2.4Ghz frequency, which can also be used by Wireless internet, cordless phones, remote controlled electronics and other wireless devices. To help you avoid interference, you can select from 4 channels on the SW-28760, but in some cases there may not be enough available bandwidth to get a clear signal. In those cases we recommend looking at our wide range of wired PC to TV converters like the SW-23000.

Pros: The wireless PC to TV converter SW-28760 is as good as I had hoped. A video, that I was able to find on the web, explained everything to me that I needed to know to make the connection very easy. I am very pleased, thank you. Ronnie

Cons: The TV only shows 1/2 of the picture.

Other: Sewell Note: We are sorry that you are having trouble. Check that your computer is outputting a compatible resolution (we recommend 1024 x 768). Also, make sure that the zoom feature is not enabled on the converter. (press the Zoom button to cycle through the zoom modes)

Pros: Works very well! I get as good a wireless picture off internet on my Panasonic TV as I get from DTV satellite cable.

Cons: If your going to use the wireless off a Desktop you probably should plan on getting a good powered splitter as you may only have one VGA connection on your Desktop. Don't plan to watch a movie and pop corn in your microwave :-) The small manual is short on explantions and you may need to switch the little button on the side of the sender to get color.

Other: A head phone jack or speaker plugin works fine and you can split that too. Certainly watching on a tv is better than sitting at my desktop VGA.

See all 2 questions

I have a single PC that I would like the screen to appear on 6 different monitors via a wireless solution...... is this something that would work in that senerio?

I have tested them easily runring at least 2 monitors(purchasing the extra reciever separate), You can run basically as many as you want with this, but you should also remember to remain within the distance requirements with each screen. (within 50 feet if you are going through a wall, and within 100 feet if it is within line of site). The receiver you will need is the Extra Receiver . You will need one of these for every additional TV.

Will this work with a MacBook?

Your MacBook probably only has the mini DisplayPort as far as connections for external displays go. However, that doesn't mean this won't work, you just need the mini DisplayPort to VGA adapter that Apple makes for their MacBook lines, or something like this: http://sewelldirect.com/Mini-Displayport-to-VGA-Adapter.asp
