Pros: The product I purchased was priced very low compared to others we looked at. The item came even sooner than expected. I am very pleased with the company. .

Cons: no consat all- I will order from them again.

Other: The only problem was that the card didn't fix my problem. The item works in our other computers, but the one I bought it for has a serious problem and I need to return the item. How do I do this? Sewell Note: RMA issued to customer

Pros: I now can use more USB devices than I could before, and I can transfer files up to speed.

Cons:

Other: I bought the card because my laptop had USB 1.0 ports, which are rather slow at transferring files, and don't support some drives.
