Pros: Nice unit. Well packaged and decent instructions. Indicators for setup are a plus. (A more complete evaluation of performance is pending)

Cons: Call zBoost first for the type of unit you need. AT&T was clueless as to which bands they operate on (at least everyone I could access).

Other Comments: Good price, Fast service. It turned out that the PCS unit purchased was not the correct one for the variety of bands used by AT&T PCS in Southern California. Sewell was easy to reach by phone and kind enough to allow the unit to be returned for full credit. A replacement dual band unit was very quickly shipped out while the original PCS unit was being returned. This is great service, even better when compared to the usual ebay standard!

Pros: Great unit... Took a little bit to find the "sweet spot" to mount the antenna. But have solid Cell coverage now instead of only sometimes cell service. It does as advertised

Cons: Definantly takes two people to install. But not really a con as much as an observation. Can't see how you could do it any other way.

Other Comments: It just simply works. Kinda like my Internet ackup (http://cloudbackup.openrsm.com) I use to keep my PC and MAC backed up. Just put it in and it just works.

Pros: excellent product for strengthening cell phone signal. We had zero cell phone use in our home due to the aluminum siding. After install of booster we have strong Sprint cell signal in entire house. Install simple.

Cons: Price is a bit high, but worth it to disconnect land line phone.

Pros: Informative and effective order placement with prompt delivery

Cons: I was given the wrong booster and had to return the package and order the correct one. This was done in one call and also was very effective. A little more info on the initial call would have been good.

Other Comments: Hopefully I will receive my credit promptly and I would order again from Sewell..........
