Wireless PC to TV Converter Reviews - SW-28760

Pros: Works very well! I get as good a wireless picture off internet on my Panasonic TV as I get from DTV satellite cable.

Cons: If your going to use the wireless off a Desktop you probably should plan on getting a good powered splitter as you may only have one VGA connection on your Desktop. Don't plan to watch a movie and pop corn in your microwave :-) The small manual is short on explantions and you may need to switch the little button on the side of the sender to get color.

Other Comments: A head phone jack or speaker plugin works fine and you can split that too. Certainly watching on a tv is better than sitting at my desktop VGA.

Pros: I hooked up this wireless SW-28760 converter to my DESKTOP HP windows XP)PC to my Panasonic plasma HDTV and the picture is great. At first it was black and white but support helped right away and told me to switch the little side button on the Sender from PAL to NTSC and bingo I got great color and a picture as good as my Direct TV Sat. I think most buyers who have success don't post so you probably get more bad than good posts.

Cons: If your going to hook up a DESKTOP PC instead of a laptop be advised you will probably need a powered VGA splitter in there is only one hookup going to your monitor. A regular cheap splitter may scatter the VGA signals. The little tiny manual that comes in the box is not much.

Other Comments: I didn't experience any interference except that I have a wireless speaker sender and had to move it away from the Sewell Wireless PC to TV converter a couple feet otherwise the speakers cut out a little.

Pros: Works great though a wall. Has great color for family videos and slide shows. It is nice to have the whole family watch in the living room instead of crowded around the computer in the small computer room. I would recomend this wireless device to anyone.

Cons: Needs better instruction book. Took me a while to find my problem. Make sure you have it switched to NTSC. It works better with a VGA splitter for your monitor and the sender. If you plug the monitor into the sender and you want to shut the sender off the monitor goes off too. Also needed a splitter for the autio for my computer speakers.

Pros: Easy to hook up. Nice looking as well.

Cons: When used in an area that has a wireless router, you get so much interference that this item becomes inoperative. If you plan on using this wireless set up in conjunction with a wireless network, you should consider another alternative.

Other Comments: I would not recommend this product. Sewell Note: If you are experienceing interference try changing the channels of the sender/reciever.

Pros:

Cons: Absolute piece of junk. Crackling sound could not be corrected. Video was so poor, that lettering was illagible. Very frustrating. I should have heeded warnings from others.
