Pros: It is hands free.

Cons: It has a very low volume. With road noise it is very difficult to hear. I turned the volume up as loud as it can go, but it is still almost a whisper.

Other Comments: I suspect that I would pass on this item. It is just not that good for the price. Sewell Note: Headset volume can usually be controlled by both the hands free unit and the phone itself. If you have difficulty hearing check that both volume controls are turned up. In some situations however that still might not be enough.

Pros: Good quality, good volume for use in auto providing hands free as directed by nanny-California. Works as advertised.

Other Comments: Would like to charge externally away from auto. Can an external charging unit be purchased? Where? What is that product name and number? Sewell Direct Note: The best option would be to get an AC to DC adapter that would just allow you to connect the car charger into the AC plug on the wall. You could use our part SW-5748 to do so.

Pros: Love the Caller ID, good sound quality and seems feature rich

Cons: A few details: - When receiving a call, it would make sense to get the button you would use to answer the call blink. Instead, the cancel button continues to blink with multi function button remains off. While driving especially when it is dark out, it becomes even more difficult to press the right button. I have already dropped several calls by mitakenly pressing the cancel button. 2- Label the buttons to know which is which for newbies. - When I plug the unit for charging, it automatically goes off and I have to manually turn it back on. WHY?

Other Comments: I believe, this is a very nice device that has a lot of features but can be quite confusing unnecessarily (I am a techie by the way so technology does not intimidate me). Sewell Note: Thank you for the suggestion - we will pass that feedback along to the manufacturer.

Pros: It's light weight easily recharged from computer. Has that rare CID on it that I think all Bluetooth speaker phones should have.

Cons: For those of us who want to be truly hands free, wireless, you have to plug in th eearbud that comes along with it. plus those with dieasel engines, the mic can't has a tough time with voice commands.

Pros: This the best! I see the person calling me, my caller hears me soooo clear, with my service plan I can just press the button and say a command, this devise is less than a ticket, a lot cheaper than my deductible.. Driving is great for me no more having to wear a piece in my ear or search for my to see who's calling me. Treat yourself go buy one. Plus you can take it with you everywhere you go! Very light
