How It Works
Take any normal USB Flash drive or SD (secure digital) card, put some MP3s and/or WMAs on it, and plug it into this FM transmitter. The VRFM9 reads the MP3s/WMAs on your storage device and plays them with "last song played" memory, and shuffle features just like any MP3 player. The VRFM9 sends the music over an FM station of your choice with a high quality, strong FM frequency.
The VRFM9 uses no power from audio devices and needs no battery because it plugs right into your car's cigarette lighter port (12 volt port).
The VRFM9 also features an audio-in port for use with any other audio device such as any iPod, CD player, laptops, and more. Listen to your laptop in the car while watching movies. The VRFM9 comes with a 3ft. 2.5mm to 3.5mm cable for use with the line-in port.
The convenient design allows for easy access to the controls which allow you to change which frequency is being used as well as navigate through the music on your thumbdrive. With 12 preset stations, you have the versatility needed to find a station that is clear in your area.
This unit supports both MP3 and non-DRM WMA files.
