USB 2.0 4-port Slim Profile Portable Hub Reviews - HU2340

Pros: I originally purchased this hub on ebay for an outstanding price. It worked fine for almost 2 months, then died. I contacted Sewell and was given instructions to return it. In the meantime, I moved to a new address, the hub was packed away for another 2 months before I sent it back. Their customer service is awesome, both with communication and replacement. The hub was returned to them and a new one was in my hands within a week.

Cons: In the return instructions, it stated that I would be refunded the cost of shipping the hub to them, if they found it to be defective. I assume it was defective, as I received a new one immediately. However, I am STILL waiting for a refund ($5.15).

Other Comments:

Pros: Small, appears to strengthen signal to allow longer USB runs.

Cons: Cannot tell if the hub is receiving external power, because all of the lights stay on all the time, regardless of whether or not the external power adapter is attached.
