Description

Enjoy faster transfer speeds and less signal interference than the RS-232 standard with this USB to RS-422 serial adapter. This adapter differs from our other RS-422 adapter in that it offers surge protection.

Most desktops and laptops no longer provide a serial port for your serial devices, such as GPS units, PDAs, industrial control devices, portable printers, etc. The adapter simply uses one USB port, and is completely bus-powered.

This adapter comes with a 2.5 ft. USB device cable. If you need to go further than 2.5 ft., check out our selection of USB type-A to type-B cables.
