Pros: Works as advertised if you can get the software to work - Recording is good and editing program included is very good as well. Spent an hour with Sewell tech trying to figure out problem with sound - Last option was to disconnect the USB Telebox Adapter for VoIP(SW-4765) Excellent support from Sewell on their products Cons: If you use the USB Telebox Adapter for VoIP(SW-4765)there is a conflict with the sound.
