We operate from 7 AM to 6 PM (Mountain Time). Monday through Friday (except major holidays). Phone, chat and email messages will be responded to during these hours.
We generally respond within 24 hours (usually same-day if received before 4 PM), except weekends. In order to receive a response, please make sure your email settings will allow you to receive email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are not in the US or Canada and you need assistance with FastLynx, support is available in many countries from our global partners.
