Cons: Very poor picture quality, fuzzy, blurred and very poor color. Double images when using computer making it very hard to read and see images. When turned off makes a very annoying peeping sound.

Pros: Obviously makes your monitor into a tv....loosely Gets all the channels Cheap in comparison with buying a flat panel tv easy to hook up comes with all the stuff you need

Cons: fuzzy picture takes a lot of tweaking to make the picture look decent sports suck on it come in chinese language so figuring out how to switch it was a pain high pitched noise on some channels that bugs the heck out of me stupid button on remote "mode" that changes the aspect ratio.... annoying Lottttssss of tweaking

Other Comments: Alright buy but if you are looking great quality then this isnt for you. if you are a college guy that wanted a cheap monitor to double as a tv for space reasons, this is great. the quality is fine, but if you are used to an hd tv or a really nice flat panel, id suggest something higher end.

Pros: Small. Inexpensive for what it does. Allows the use of DVD or VHS video input and also audio input. Audio is great used with a separate computer audio speaker setup.

Cons: Internal speaker does not sound good. Need to use a separate audio setup. Cannot process HDTV Inputs but for the price, expected.

Other Comments: This device allowed me to use a 21 inch monitor that I purchesed a few years ago that cost me around 1000 dollars. Since then I bought a new computer with a 24 inch monitor so this 21 inch monitor was shelved. A shame for what it cost me. I wqas using a CRT TV in my exercise room and it started to fail. I searched the web and found this cool little device that would convert my 21 inch monitor for TV use. It was a great investment. Saved me the cost of a new TV and I also had the audio system in storage so was able to use that also. Now have a nice 21 inch TV setup for under 100 Bucks. Well worth the Money.

Pros: This tuner is fabulous! In 5 minutes I had connected my satellite feed to an unused LCD computer monitor and BOSE speakers. Both the audio and video quality are amazing! Great way to recycle and, at this price, much cheaper than buying a new TV. The price includes connecting cables, but if you need a VGA-to-VGA cable, you'll have to purchase it separately.

Other Comments: My monitor didn't have speakers, so the tuner enables separate speakers to be connected and used independently from the monitor - which is great for listening to satellite radio!
