USB 1.1 device, this extender can give you what you need with a distance up to 275 ft. over CAT 5. Also included is a 4 port mini USB hub, 5V-1A US power supply, and a 6 ft USB AB cable.
How it works: The Smart AVI USB extender consists of a transmitter and receiver. The transmitter unit is connected to the computer while receiver unit is connected to the peripheral device at any remote location. The receiver and transmitter are connected to each other with a single Cat 5 Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) cable up to 275 feet. This distance is reduced if the USB hub is used. Each USB 1.1 peripheral connected to the hub will reduce the maximum distance by 5 - 25 feet.
