Pros: fine. Fast delivery. Ports are F-M-M

Cons: none so far

Other Comments: Actually there is a picture of the back side: Just click on the "Launch 360 View". It shows the ports exactly al I received them (f-m-m). I should have done that before ordering.

Pros: arrived within 5 days

Cons: Other than the Gender surprise (see comment) no Cons so far.

Other Comments: The box I received has a female I/O port (as specified), but male A and B ports (contrary to spec). Accordingly I ordered the wrong gender changers, and now have get two f/f ones. Sewell Note: Product specifications have been updated and are now correct.

Pros: Product was exactly as represented. Added 9-Pin Male to Female Converter and installed boxes in Production. They work perfectly.

Cons: Had to add Male to Female Adapter for box to work in our application.

Other Comments: Good doing business with you. Thanks for the help.

Pros: Works as it's supposed to. Easy to hook up

Cons: Of course, insert carefully, as you dont want to bend pins... like I accidentally did

Pros: Economical, Good delivery time.

Cons: Build quality is poor. Had several units needing switch repositioned & knob would not stay on. Poor workmanship on the soldering inside the unit. Switches do not have a “positive action”. Position detents are hard to feel. Due to unit’s light weight, they require two hands to operate. One to hold the box and the other to operate switch.

Other Comments: Would gladly pay more for better build quality and some provision to mount and stack units for permanent installation.
