Does this PC Card provide USB 2.0 vs. USB 1.1 speed? My old Dell C640 Latitude only has USB 1.1 speed.

Yes, if your laptop has an ExpressCard slot this card will add USB 2.0 speed. USB 2.0 is completely backwards compatible with USB 1.1 so if your device is 1.1 it will work at the slower speed. Assuming, however, that your device is USB 2.0 then you will get the full USB 2.0 speeds with this card (with a theoretical max speed of 480 Mbps).
