Useing this product or not is there any way i can improve my graphics quality for gameing on my laptop?

Unfortunately, external video cards, like this one, are going to be slower at 3D acceleration for games than your built in video card. There are external devices that can do that, but they cost more than it would cost to purchase a new laptop that can play games. We do not carry any of these devices here. The only good way to have a laptop that can play games is to purchase one that comes with a decent video card built into it.
