I have a zenith/ model # R57W46 . It has an DVI- HDTV input and my computer has the 15 pin VGA connecter. I want to hook my pc to the television but I'm stuck . Also tried a HDIM cable but it wont fit.

VGA output on a computer cannot be converted to DVI inputs or HDMI inputs with a simple cable. You would need a VGA to DVI converter box, but honestly cost wise it is probably better to install a DVI card in your computer.
