I HAVE WINDOWS XP HOME ADDITION. I HAVE GONE THRU 3 EXTERNAL DRIVES IN THE PAST MONTHS. WILL THIS PRODUCT WORK WITH MY SYSTEM? THANKS

This floppy drive does work with Windows XP home edition. If for some reason your system has been incompatible with similar models, it could be a problem with your system. You might consider doing a clean install of your operating system, and making sure all your drivers are up to date.
