How much RAM is inside this? What are the supported list of resolutions (does it support 1680x1050) like the other hi-res one you have?

These video cards do not work like normal video cards and cannot be compared directly by the amount of memory in it. Because it is USB it uses the computer's processor and memory to compress and process the video signal before sending it to the USB adapter. This item does support the 1680x1050 resolution.
