Can the length of the hdmi cable to the 2 TVs be 15 meters or less so that the 1080p works?

According the the HDMI specifications, when HDMI is being run without boosters it cannot be run further than 15 feet without signal loss. to run it 15 meters (about 45 feet) you would need a cable and a booster. You could use the Accell UltraRun HDMI Extension cable, 15m.
