Is the SW-4677 compatable with a wireless 5.8 GHz surveillance receiver and camera (Not sure of the manufacturer for part# SBASC4220)? Plus can the SW-4677 be used with a portable DVD player, utilizing the screen of the DVD player?

If the surveillance reciever outputs a composite video signal over the yellow RCA jack then this will work. If the portable DVD player's screen has a VGA input then it will work.
