I do need an Active USB "2.0" extension cable, and it seems this is what I have to buy. But I found another model which is 'Gefen Active USB 2.0 Extension Cable' in your website. The price difference is really HUGE. The Gefen is three times more expensive than this one. It seems both products work same. What's the REAL differences between them? Is this product really for USB 2.0?

The difference is actually due to due branding. Gefen is a very good brand. These cables do work very well and they are just a generic brand. So basically it just depends if you want a Gefen brand cable. Both cables from our testing work equally as well.
