I'm looking for a PCI capture card (TV tuner not really necessary)to capture video from my analog Hi-8 Camcorder into video files on my hard drive which I can then insert them into my Ulead Media Studio editing program for editing. Will this do it. I assume this captures at the standard 30 frames per second? Also, does this have any capture capabilities from my digital camcorder?

This should work well for your analog Camcorder. If you also have analog (RCA or S-video) outputs from your digital camcorder it will work for that as well.
