Anonymous - not what I needed

Pros: Easy to contct support both on the phone and online.

Cons: Although I spoke with someone on the phone and contacted online support before I ordered the part, what I purchased was NOT what I needed. Very frustrating Although several choices were offered, I chose to go with the parallel printer adapter because reviews I had read of the printer cables which are usb on the computer end didn't get raving reviews

Other Comments: I suppose that this comes with ordering online, taking the chance that I'd end up with the wrong item. I ended up returning the part. I'm ending up spending in shipping almost as much as I spent on the item.

Pros: Works well.

Cons: Flimsy construction. Case wiggles. Locking screws on DB25 end hard to reach.
