Pros: Very powerfull (I would say great) software and the hardware went into operation without a hitch.

Cons: I still need a card that will allow my computer to drive the PTZ part of my PTZ camera. The card I think I need is the GV-Net Card. Without that card or one like it, I have no control over the camera. Can you supply one of those cards?

Other Comments: Delivery to my door (in Canada) was seemless. A very positive purchasing experience.
