Pros:

Cons: Don't work with my PAL device and the NTSC TV, even though the TV matches the specification. Plugging in the converter changes nothing on the display at all.

Other Comments: Want to send it back for refund!

Pros: Slick, easy to connect and great price! $ 31.00 compare to $99 to $200.

Cons: Sometimes flicks, split picture with Black line about 4" from top.

Other Comments: Good Handy Pal to NTSC Converter.

Pros: Relatively inexpensive

Cons: Cannot record converted programs.

Other Comments: This item is okay for converting to an NTSC TV which has automatic horizontal lock. I have been selling PAL satellite DTH systems and using more expensive converters. These converters save me about $100 per installed system when I am able to use them.

Pros: Outstanding product worked right out of the box, I had a Xbox and Xbox 360 I had purchased in the Middle East that were boat anchors upon my return to the US, Now I can use both of them on every TV I own here in the States. Thanks...
