Pros: This is a terrific device that for about 100 bucks easily turns a computer monitor into a fully functional TV set which operates without having to turn on the computer, itself. It saved me from having to buy a TV for my den.

Cons: The instructions it comes with are minimal and don't do much to assist a senior citizen who was not born with the "computer gene" possessed by the younger generation.

Other Comments: On the other hand, your Technical Support people responded quickly to my request for help in a most friendly, efficient, and complete manner. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Pros: Fantastic device at a very reasonable price! Turned my Gateway flat screen monitor into a TV with no need to have the computer on. Eliminated the need for a separate TV in my den.

Cons: As a senior citizen, non-computer type person, I found the nearly non-existent instructions that accompanied the device essentially useless. I had to communicate with Sewell to learn how to hook the thing up. Comprehensive instructions would have made that unnecessary.
