Pros: Shippment arrival very quick

Cons: I ordered incorrect item, reordered new item - works great...just havent received credit yet for returned item.

Other Comments: Service is quick, prompt, very cordial...no complaints

Pros:

Cons: Product did not take one signal and split into two as described. Hooked up product step by step according to the manual. It did pass a single signal but did not split into two signals.

Other Comments: Called Sewell support and they were very helpful in answering my questions and taking care of my needs. Ended up buying another device (HDMI Amplifier Splitter) from Sewell and would definately use them again.
