Pros: Received quick and effective service from Gefen, on both their forum and telephone. I no longer need to go to the back of my receiver to switch HDMI output to my two display units (I run a front projector at 1080p) and a plasma big screen at 1080i). The audio follows the signal perfectly. What a lifesafer, since it is difficult to access the back of my receiver. Very pleased.

Cons: It took awhile to figure out the dip switch settings - techies were great though! HDMI is more complicated than I thought, but well worth the trouble.

Other Comments: I got great service from Sewell Direct. I live in Canada and everything cleared customs quickly. The product is the missing link - I can now view my front projector or plasma t.v. using HDMI cables only, without ever switching cables on my one HDMI output receiver.
