Pros: SewellDirect's Customer Service

Cons: No scaler, no adjustments

Other Comments: I was using this to connect my computer to my TV set. I was very disappointed with the display quality. I had two thin colored lines on the left, followed by a thick black line. This quality was unacceptable for my purposes. Perhaps my display just didn't support the settings, however. I returned the Gefen one for one with a built-in scaler, Part No. SW-20505, ATLONA VGA TO HDMI CONVERTER/SCALER. I am thrilled with the Atlona device. I think the scaler makes a huge difference.
