Pros: Easy install and met my needs to add to serial-COMM ports to a newer MB that did not have COMM ports. I use them to control Ham radio gear and to use usb to serial port converters was 30.00 a piece and I needed two. This method give me both and they work as they should.

Cons: The drivers included with this card did not work correctly with Windows XP, I quick download of the updated driver solved the problem

Pros: A very good product, delivered swiftly.

Cons: Driver software had flaws known to support staff. Corrected promptly)

Other Comments: Overall, I am satisfied with the service. The support staff was professional and helpful. I will deal with Sewell again.
