Deluxe Stereo Headset with Leather Padding

Pros: Comfort and functionality.

Cons: There was no option for a USB connection.

Other Comments: I was very pleased with both my purchase, and the customer service involved in the purchase. Unfortunately, my computer did not have a line-in port for the microphone, so I ended up refunding the purchase, and buying a headset that was USB compatible. That said, I actually enjoyed the headset enough that I very nearly decided *not* to refund it. When I did need to return the product, customer service was, again, very gracious and helpful. I think they've earned my business.
