Pros: Simple to use, easy to install.

Cons: None.

Other Comments: Works great for me. I got some 50# drywall hangers (the kind that look like a coarse threaded plastic screw) I hung a 20" wide screen off the drywall without a stud, and it is doing fine. Don't think I'd recommend that for someone who is rough or repositions their monitor all the time. But if you basically want it in one place, it saves a lot of money v/s a multi screen mount. I have a 27" sitting on the desk in front of me, and the 20" on the wall to the left of it (corner facing desk).
