Pros: Since we finally hooked up the router, both of us have had no trouble with internet service, I am so glad I stumbled onto this unit. We have been through so many different devices, we were about to give up, this is definately the one...Thank you

Cons: It was a little tricky hooking up the system, but the phone support helped me through that, it has worked just fine.

Other Comments: We had some issues getting my husband's laptop going, after talking on the phone with sony for an hour and half, we finally got it going, been sailing through since...thank you......
