Pros: Easy to install.

Cons: Not for all devices and this was not stated on the website.

Other Comments: I wanted to use this for a wireless N adapter card but upon receipt of the adapter, I saw on the package that it was not to be used for certain types of applications (modems, ethernet, and things of that nature - communications?). Needless to say, the wireless card I wanted to use it with did not fire up. I was able to return the Express card and exchange it for a regular PCMCIA version. I tried this adapter in the event that a future machine would have an Express slot and I could connect the card directly to the machine. Oh well. I imagine it works well for other things.
