Pros: The service was great. Fast response, came in good shape. Product was exactly as pictured.

Cons: The product does not fit my computer! I was not aware there are so many different sized cards for the same thing. One of the reviews stated my scenerio exactly, and I foolishly thought it was the right part. Now I am stuck with a part that doesn't fit, and still not able to plug in my dongle.

Other Comments: This was my fault. I was in a hurry to solve my crisis of no parallel port, and didn't research it far enough. Now I need to find the right part to replace it. I would definely buy other merchandise from your company, but I will research better next time.
