Pros: Fairly easy install. Clear, concise, easy to read instructions.

Cons: Sensitive to antenna placement. DO NOT place the base too close to the antenna....She'll blink like mad trying to tell you to move it!!!

Other Comments: I Sometimes had 1 bar of service with Verizon...Not enough to make and complete a call without at least a couple drops..... Bought this unit. Installed it. Works well. Now have three to five bars consistently. No more drops, and I can sit in my easy chair with a beer and talk to my family. Imagine that !!! A product that gives you EXACTLY what it says it will....without any "catches"... I would recommend this to anyone. Nice product, nice quality thusfar. We'll see how long it lasts.... I hope a couple of years anyway. Coming at you live from my easy chair..!!!! Without interruption !!!

Pros: As a field engineer for GE Wind Energy, I frequently end up in extremely remote spots, where cell reception is either weak or non-existant. Since I do not care for motels, I usually take my travel trailer. I was recently in up-state Maine, just two miles from the Canadian border. No on in the crew got cell reception, and where my trailer was located, zero bars. That is, until I connected my Z-Boost. I went from zero bars to two or three, and never had dropped calls. In areas where I get one or two bars, the Z-Boost increases it to four or five. What more need I say?

Cons: I lost my ability to tell people I didn't want to talk to that my reception was too weak to continue talking.

Other Comments: I bought the wrong unit at first. The people at Swell Direct made it as painless as possible to exchange it.
