Distribute your HDTV
Component signal and IR throughout your house using just two inexpensive CAT5 cables up to 1000 ft. from the source. HDTV signals up to 1080i and 720p are maintained from a component (YPbPr) source. There is also an infrared remote jack for IR pathway control, and an antenna pass-through jack.
This is a system consisting of a CAT5 distribution AMP for the component signals, and 2 wall plates that fit any dual-gang electrical boxes. Each stainless steel wall plate has component video jacks, digital audio and analog audio jacks, also an antenna pass-through jack. (RF cable for the antenna to function is not included and must be added separately). The IR jacks in the wall plate give third party IR remote distribution. All signals are distributed over the CAT5. Receiver and emitter equipment for IR control is not included.
This distribution system is easy to install and use and doesn't require specialty tools.
