The New Wireless HDMI solution from Brite-View can transmit 1080i high definition video from HDMI or Component Sources over the air without wires to your HDMI HDTV. This means you can keep all of your video sources, like DVD players, Blu-Ray players, PS3, DVRs, Set-top boxes, etc., in a closet hidden away with no cables or messy tangles leading to your HDTV. And you'll have to drill exactly zero holes into your beautiful walls.
This unit differs from previous attempts at wireless HDMI in the fact that you don't need line of site for perfect HD transmission. As you can see from the video above, we have this unit going through more than one wall and maybe a little over 10 meters of distance (the way the crows fly). The audio and video signals remain perfectly intact.
Also important to know about this system is the included IR blaster which allows you to use whatever remote is paired to your HD sources (DVD player, Blu-Ray player, DVR, etc) with the Brite-View Wireless HDMI unit. An IR receiver on the unit sitting near your HDTV receives your remote's signal and transmits that along with the AV signal back to the source, where an IR emitter communicates with your sources.
