It is, however, self-configuring. Setting up multiple APs in the same area creates a mesh ad-hoc network that automatically routes traffic. If a node goes down, the mesh network compensates and reroutes traffic through an alternate route.
While just about everything is self-configuring, you can retain full control with the web-based management interface. Plug it in and let it just work or change advanced settings.
