Windows Vista is a great new operating system that handles many features. Now you can transfer your files from an XP computer to the new Vista with a simple USB cable. This cable features USB 2.0 capability that lets it transfer files quickly with plug and play features.

Installation

The cable is auto-detected by Windows Vista and doesn't require any drivers. A CD is included for the XP operating system that lets it communicate with Vista. Once the included CD drivers and program is installed on the XP computer, you are ready to send files over to Vista and vice versa. If you have two Vista computers, then you can transfer files by simply plugging in the USB cable.

File Transfer Program

The transfer program is easy to use. When using Windows Vista, the transfer program will automatically pop up when you insert the cable. The Wizard will engage and allow you to pick your files to transfer.
